How It Works
USE DJM CLEANING SERVICES
All DJM Cleaning clients who purchase products with DJM Cleaning are eligible to receive reward points on their purchases.
EARN REWARD POINTS
Earn 15 points for every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases. PLUS, there will be surprise bonus points available for special promotions and occasions. (Make sure we have your birthday on record!) Points will be available for redemption in your account within 30 days from your payment date.
ENJOY REWARDS
Use your rewards for future Home Cleaning and Gift Certificates, or Donate them toward Cleaning for a Reason.
Redeeming Rewards
Rewards points are accessed through your DJM Cleaning account. Clients will receive a monthly update of the points balance and rewards available. To redeem points, respond to the notification email or contact our office at 919-648-2727 or the Redeeming Rewards Form.
Points may be used for future purchases and may only be used for a discount off purchase amounts equal to, or greater than the total purchase. DJM Cleaning rewards cannot be used in conjunction with most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of services.
IMPORTANT DJM Cleaning Rewards Points have NO CASH VALUE. Reward Points used to purchase services are non-refundable. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.
